The leaks come by way of the German tech site, WinFuture, and points to pretty much what has already been hashed out about the Note 20 Ultra; the phone will reportedly ship out with a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED WQHD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Made out of the Corning Gorilla Glass 7. Underneath the hood, the Note 20 Ultra is expected to house a Snapdragon 865+, but in our case, it is to no one’s surprise that our version will ship out with the Exynos 990 SoC. Moving on, the phone is expected to house 12GB RAM, 512GB of expandable storage, and a 4500mAh battery. Oh, and it will also support 5G and Wi-Fi 6.

In the case of the Note 20 Ultra’s main camera, WinFuture says that the phone’s camera module will consist of a 108MP f/1.8 main, a 12MP ultra-wide, and a 12MP periscope lens. Unlike the current Galaxy S20 Ultra, though, Samsung seems to be limiting the camera’s maximum zoom distance from 100x to 50x on its future flagship. Perhaps in the hopes that this might result in better mobile photography for users. Around the front, the selfie camera residing within the punch hole will only be rated at 10MP. Lastly, it seems that the Note 20 Ultra’s may also ship out with a new and improved S Pen, one that WinFuture says could have a latency of just nine milliseconds. That, and a new “pointer mode” that could allow users to utilise a cursor on the phone when pointed at with the stylus.

As with all rumours, take this bit of news with a pinch of salt, at least until the grand launch event taking place on 5 August. (Source: WinFuture, The Verge // Image: WinFuture)
