According to the announcement, members of the public are able to do so through BPN’s official website which is under the responsibility of Internal Revenue Board (LHDN). Given the subject, it is not surprising to see that the website is pretty being overwhelmed by traffic.
We tried to visit the site throughout the day but our attempt proved to futile as we kept on receiving Connection Timed Out error. If you are facing similar experience, worry not though as you can still check you BPN eligibility until 30 April 2020.
