Performance-wise, the AORUS NVMe SSD is capable of delivering sequential read and write speeds of 5000MB/s and 4400MB/s, respectively. That is statistically a 40% boost over PCIe 3.0, which is also provided by new Toshiba Bisc4 NAND Flash particles. Adding to its physical aesthetic, the M.2 module is enveloped with a full body copper heatsink for a more even and uniform dissipation of heat.

The Gigabyte AORUS NVMe PCIe Gen4 SSD will be available in 1TB and 2TB storage capacities. There is no local pricing or availability as of yet, but speculations are suggesting that the storage medium won’t be cheap, and that the brand might just release it sometime in July.
