The teaser itself is barely 30 seconds long, including sponsor logos and the like. And it only really shows glimpses of Master Chief. Not much else to go with here beyond the fact that it will be available sometime in 2022. And only on Paramount Plus. This won’t technically be the first series based on the Halo video games. All the way back in 2015, there was The Fall of Reach, which served as the Master Chief’s origin story of sorts. The plot was also adapted from the book with the same title. Of course, this one was a three-episode CG series, while this new one is live-action.

— Halo on Paramount+ (@HaloTheSeries) November 15, 2021 And it’s one that’s been in the works for quite awhile. This Halo live-action adaptation was first announced all the way back in 2018. Production was delayed, understandably, by the COVID-19 pandemic. It remains to be seen if it will be available early, or in the later parts of next year. That being said, it probably wouldn’t matter to us here in Malaysia. After all, Paramount Plus is not a service that’s officially available here, so you can’t pay for the show even if you wanted to.
