In general, the processor has the same origin as per Core i9-9900K that the company has launched October last year. What made the Core i9-9900KS more special is the fact that all of its 8 processing cores can simultaneously run at 5.0GHz instead of just one processing core as per norm. Additionally, it also has slightly higher base clock speed of 4.0GHz as compared to 3.8GHz on Core i9-9900K. However, the chip still comes with the same integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 GPU. At the same time, Intel also has yet to reveal the chip’s release date and pricing. Given the fact that Core i9-9900K currently costs around RM 2,030 in Malaysia, expect the Core i9-9900KS to have even higher damage rate on your wallet.
