However, given its position as a budget-friendly gaming laptop, the list of options for other components for IdeaPad L340 Gaming is slightly different.
For example, customers have to pay extra to obtain IPS panel for the 15.6-inch variant while that option comes as standard for the 17.3-inch unit. They also have to be content with a standard 60Hz refresh rate as well since Lenovo didn’t provide the option to upgrade the laptop’s display with a higher refresh rate for the IdeaPad L340 Gaming. Regardless of the variant, the graphics options for the laptop maxed out at NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with 4GB GDDR5 VRAM. As for storage devices, the IdeaPad L340 Gaming can be fitted with up to 2TB 5400rpm hard drive and 256GB PCIe NVMe solid state drive alongside up to 16GB DDR4-2400 system RAM.
In term of pricing, the Legion Y540 with 15.6-inch display starts at RM 3,699 while the 17.3-inch version begins at RM 4,779. On another hand, customers can get their hands on the IdeaPad L340 Gaming for as low as RM 2,999 for the 15.6-inch model and RM 4,109 for the 17.3-inch unit.
