The listing of the GTX 1160 GPU was spotted on the brand’s official product page for its Legion Y530 gaming notebook. The GPU is listed within the features and specification sub section, and to our surprise, it actually lists down two variants of the GPU – 3GB and 6GB. It’s also quite possible that there will be other GPU options, given the “and next generation GPUs” statement on the same page. Rumours about the GTX 1160 began cropped up sometime during the last week. One rumour suggests that the card would be based on NVIDIA’s Turing GPU architecture, sans the ray-tracing technology that is prevalent in the brand’s GeForce RTX series graphics cards.

Regardless of the rumours, it’s evident that we’ll just have to wait until CES 2019 next month to really see what NVIDIA and it’s OEM partners are going to showcase. (Source: Lenovo via Hot Hardware)
