The trademark applications for the three names were submitted on 21 November 2018 at the European Union Intelectual Property Office (EUIPO). According to Engadget’s translation of the original report by LetsGoDigital, all three applications are categorised as class 9, which includes phones.
Filing for trademark doesn’t actually mean that the names will be used. As suggestive as the names are, there’s no guarantee that LG is actually working on a foldable smartphone.
