As a drive-through service, Mydin Express works in a way that’s similar to the ones currently used by fast food chains. Though there’s one important difference: you place your orders before heading out to pay for and pick up your shopping. Because of this, “pack and pick” may be the better description of the service.

Following that, you’ll get a email as well as a WhatsApp text, telling you about the payment method and pickup point. Once you’re there, you check that all your items are in order, and pay using accepted credit or debit cards. Finally, your receipt will be sent to you via WhatsApp. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and Movement Control Order, Mydin Express is another way for the chain’s customers to practise social distancing. That said, it really depends on if one of the Mydin branches with the service is near enough to you. AEON has a comparable service as well, but perhaps not as convenient. (Source: Mydin)
