The 3D renders and box arts of the Zotac cards were first picked up by the popular leakster site, Videocardz. The renders showcase two custom Zotac iterations of the GTX 1660: an AMP edition and a non-AMP edition of the GPU. Unfortunately, the images aren’t followed by any further details about the cards. However, one factor that we can confirm from the box art is that the GTX 1660 Super will definitely run on the GDDR6 memory format.

Despite the lack of information, it was more or less confirmed prior that the GTX 1660 Super will still retain the same TU116 Turing architecture as its non-Super cousins. Additionally, the GTX 1660 Super is expected to ship out with 6GB GDDR6 graphics memory, and with a memory frequency of 14Gbps. We’ve reached out to NVIDIA about a possible availability date for the GTX 1660 Super, but as always, the company gave us its standard answer of not commenting on unfinished and unreleased products.
