One of the things that really stand out on the realme X50 5G is the side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It could be placed a little higher, but beyond that, it’s a really good placement for ergonomic reasons. It’s also a first for the brand, but here’s hoping realme will use more of this for its future phones.
According to GSMArena, realme has confirmed that the phone will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset. This gives it the 5G capabilities as its name suggests, as it comes with the integrated X52 5G modem. Other items on its spec sheet that’s been revealed so far include two selfie cameras,a two-day battery life and support for VOOC 4.0 fast charging. The company intends to officially announce the realme X50 5G in China on 7 January 2020. Chances are it will share more details as we get closer to the actual launch.
