A microsite showcasing the M31 is now live on Samsung India’s official website, which also confirmed its launch date in the country. Among the features revealed includes the phone’s design, camera capability, screen and battery capacity.
As seen from the teaser materials, the Samsung Galaxy M31 sports a FHD+ sAMOLED Infinity U display with a waterdrop notch. The company reveals that it will sport a 64MP main sensor as part of the quad-camera setup which is housed in a rectangular island on its back. Additionally, the M31 features a rear fingerprint scanner and a massive 6000mAh battery capacity. The bumps seen on the bottom half of the phone’s silhouette suggests that it could feature a 3.5mm headphone jack as well.
Pricing for new Galaxy M31 has not been revealed just yet, and there’s no word if it will launch outside of India. Given that the M10 and M20 eventually made its way to Malaysia last year, it’s possible that Samsung might release the phone locally in the near future. (Source: Samsung India via GSMArena.)
