Starting from 15 February onwards, users are able to obtain the TNG RFID tag for RM 35 per unit. They also able to obtain first time replacement for free with each purchase.
For now, the TNG RFID tag will only be available at the company’s fixed fitment centres in Kelana Jaya, Bangsar South, and DUKE Highway. Alternatively, users can also obtain the tag via 81 fitment crews that are located throughout Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Johor. The CEO of TNG, Syahrunizam Samsudin has also stated that the company is already working to release the TNG RFID self-fitment kit very soon. However, no actual release date was mentioned during his announcement today.
Working hand in hand with TNG e-Wallet service, the TNG RFID system is currently being supported for toll payment at 23 highways throughout Peninsular Malaysia. For more details, head on to TNG RFID’s official website right here.
