At the moment, the most affordable Wacom creative pen display in Wacom’s official store at Lazada and Shopee is the Cintiq 16 which costs RM 2,600. As a comparison, the Wacom One will be released in Malaysia with a price tag of RM 1,625.
Equipped with a 13.3-inch Full HD display and battery-less Wacom One Pen that has 4,069 pressure levels, Wacom One is also designed to support Android devices in addition to the usual Windows and Mac machines. Essentially, this would allow users to utilize the tablet while being on the go but not all Android devices can support the Wacom One though. It seems that the tablet requires high-performance Android device, judging from its compatibility list, which include Samsung Galaxy Note 10, and Huawei Mate 30 Pro. The tablet also doesn’t support iOS devices but then again, one can argue that Apple already has similar device in the form of iPad. Despite having an official price tag, the company didn’t reveal the actual release date for Wacom One in Malaysia though. Nevertheless, Wacom pointed out that the creative pen display will be made available in Southeast Asia within late January and February, so do keep a look out for them at Wacom online and offline retailers.
